What is Company Record?

Company Record is a free, publicly accessible directory of UK companies registered with Companies House. We provide a clean, searchable interface to the official register, making it easy to find information about any UK-registered business.

What information is available?

For each company you can find the registered name and number, company type and status, registered office address, incorporation date, Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) codes, previous company names, accounts reference dates, confirmation statement dates, and mortgage and charge information.

Where does the data come from?

All data is sourced from the Companies House public data API and free data products. The register is updated to reflect new incorporations, dissolutions, and changes filed with Companies House.

Company Record is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Companies House or the UK Government.
